Cross Claims Service, Inc. is a multi-lines day claims company. Our primary service is beyond your normal catastrophe vendor. However, we do service catastrophe claims for our clients on an as needed basis. At Cross Claims, Inc., We strive to be the best in our field, constantly focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Immediate contact with policyholders, prompt inspections and lightning-fast response to policyholder concerns have allowed us to grow our client base on a continuing basis.

It can be a trying time when an individual submits a claim. Cross Claims is able to provide assistance to policyholders during the entire claims process to ease their worries. We strive to deliver the best the industry hast o offer and our work is subject to constant quality control reviews to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our clients.

Cross Claims Service, Inc. was founded in August of 2003 in Houston, Texas and is owned and operated by General Adjusters. We have a conservative yet steady growth into additional states at the request of clients for servicing their daily claims. With this expansion of our services to aid clients with their daily claims it does include servicing their catastrophic events as well in our service states. Once other catastrophe vendors complete their cat claims for other carriers and leave the area, we remain in the area for our clients with our resident daily claims adjusters to address and reopen cat file needs.

Kevin Redd – Founder / CEO

Prior to his adjusting career, Kevin spent 14 years as a residential and commercial construction project manager overseeing projects up to high rise construction buildings. He has over 25 years of residential and commercial, liability and casualty adjusting experience, in both daily and catastrophic claims that range up to multi-million-dollar loss settlements. Since 2003 he has handled claims management with Cross Claims Service, Inc. for multi lines claims which includes appraisals, arbitrations, and litigations.

Patti Redd – Co-Founder / CFO

Patti has a total of 40 years in customer service, of which 21 years as management. During this time 22 years was in the building industry and 9 of that was in management with a national Kitchen and Bath company. She has over 25 years of residential and commercial, liability and casualty insurance adjusting in daily claims to catastrophe claims that ranged up to multimillion dollar loss settlements. Since 2001, she has an NFIP Rating for residential and commercial losses. She has been in claims management with Cross Claims Service, Inc since 2003.

Bill Hammill – Vendor Management Director

Bill has been involved in the insurance industry for over 25 years and a multiline licensed adjuster for 16+ years. He has designed, implemented, and trained software in the insurance industry for major multinational insurance companies in property, auto, and liability applications. William has coordinated and overseen adjusters for catastrophic events on numerous occasions. Prior to joining Cross Claims, William was a Director of marketing for one of the largest IA firms in the USA.

Ben C. Ralph – General Adjuster

Ben has been in the insurance claims industry since 1990, following a career in general contracting. Since he began his claims career, he has handled over 5,000 mold and foundation claims and claims in excess of $5 million for a number of carriers. His claims experience also includes loss for catastrophic events, builders’ risk, and business income.
